Easy to use:

Lua, Game development with JavaScript, Web Development, Zig, Aplets (they are basicaly a web friendly version of Java) and Flash.

Though to use:

Unity C#, Unreal game engine, C++, Game Maker, and in some scenarios: Ruby on rails, Machine learning with python and if you want to make a game that can run on Android, you can use Kotlin with C on Android Studio.
