How can I install HTML,CSS and PHP

If you do have a browser, you already have HTML and CSS. You just have to write the code in a file, end the filename with .html and open it in the browser. About php, here is a link that shows the installation for you operating system: http://php.net/manual/en/install.php

You just need a good text editor like Sublime or Notepad++ for edit html and css. Now for PHP follow what @Mario has suggested.

use the text editor that your computer has. to write the HTML code and save in as .html you don't need to install anything

use xampp/wampp/lampp depending on your os. it contains the apache webserver, php, mySQL, Tomcat etc.
