Unreal engine also has the blueprints that don't require coding, they are supposed to be pretty good and may help build some coding knowledge along the way. In the end you'll be more limited. Without coding you'll be sacrificing performance and possibly flexibility for lack of skill. It is best to try to learn to code!

Coding may seem scary at first but it is really not as hard as it seems when you get started. If you try no code you are not going to get very many skills and lose flexibilty and performance. It is best to code. just start by looking at tutorials and practising programming everyday
