What you mean by creating certificate, you want to Photoshop SL lookalike certificate?
Best you can do is complete a course and you're done, do whatever you want with that certificate.
Be careful cause with this nasty certificate thing, you don't wanna get bombarded with calls and emails from top companies , only reason being your certificate which you got from an app which no one heard about.
