Wrong data in google search results

Question

Hello. I've been struggling with google search results for a while.
The title is wrong and the description doesn't event exist on the page.
The index page is made using wordpress with yoast seo plugin.
The title seems to be footer h2 tag which is also weird. Also the description has footer content.
All required meta tags and structured data exists

Please only proper fix suggestions and not "Try reindex from search console"

Since you are using Wordpress, the issue must be in either fields for your plug-in or in other settings for your site. Google is not editing what you provide. You could try a different SEO plug-in or go through all the settings more carefully. It's not a coding issue. It's either your data or a broken plug-in.
