Why do some learners have courses that i don't, for example python core and some other python courses. Because i only have python introduction, intermediate and developer

Those Are old courses, and Sololearn already removed them. new users don't have access to them.

Could be older courses which are no longer available.

But weren't they useful, or Sololearn found a way to get all the lessons into one

In most cases, they either updated them with newer material or split them up into more courses.
