How can I download certificates for courses I have previously completed? The links you provided previously are not working at the moment.

If certificate download links aren’t working, try these quick steps:

• Clear your browser cache or use incognito mode.
• Try a different browser or device.
• Sign out and sign back into your account.
• Check for any announcements on Sololearn or contact their support if the issue persists.

You should be able to download the certificates or save it from the course. If not, you might have to restart the app, delete it then install it back, or see what Sololearn has in update. If those aren’t the cases, you are free to use this email if you like to ONLY report problems or issues regarding to sololearn:
