If you have a purpose to learn C, go ahead and learn it....

but IMHO, if you have learnt C++, branch out either by learning C# or JAVA. thats more feasible

If you have sound knowledge of C++, the coding philosophy, strong understanding of OOPs concept, implementation of various data structure, algorithms, searching techniques, computational complexity, You needn't to learn C however if u wish to be an embedded programmer for programming and working on embedded platform , you must learn C.
