What languages are you familiar with?
Do you need a back end?
Only android?

I develop in javascript and this is what I am using:
back end: nodejs, express, mongodb
front end: vuejs, quasar

quasar lets me make my app for al platforms at once which I like. Node lets me use javascript on the server so that's a plus as well
