Depends on your retention and aptitude... I mean, the amount of time you can spare in a day. I don't see the use in having a day off, but I wouldn't forbid myself from taking a day off. What with the phone app allowing you to work anywhere and offline I can't imagine it being so difficult to learn and practice every day.

On another note, sometimes we need to go into overdrive. So, this is all up to you!
