I am getting stuck while learning Android development , what should I do ?

I wanted to develop Android apps so I learned java from a computer classes and some online sources now I have learned enough java . but I can't​ get into Android development because of pc low configuration and not supporting​ virtual machine .
now I would have connected to my Android phone for running emulator but then where would I run my tutorial video . I getting much more problems but I want to learn so please suggest me Ideas and after learning java Android development is out of my budget .

4gb is enough for using virtual machine.

or download and install genymotion

4 GB ram and while I run it shows an error which means you can't run virtual device

Genny motion is taking another 2gb Ram it's also giving trial only

first of all there are few kinds of vm first

by virtual box
second by qemu

qemu work on slow than virtual box.

genymotion works on virtual box.

it works perfectly even if you have 2 gb ram

Genny motion also is a kind of vir machine so it was too not running and ram issue will exist .
I even tried Oracle virtual machine for learning hacking the Same problem was occurring
