I mean a complete programmer who knows how to do everything with any language?

Your definition is wrong:
1. There is no one who knows how to do everything not only in programming but in life in general....
2. There is no one who knows all languages and the reason for that is simply because they don't need to. If you are decently good in 2-3 carefully selected language you can do almost anything that comes in your way...

Of course there are real programmers online here, have you seem some peoples code and responses , looks too advanced not to be excellent programmers.

I have 10+ years experience as software engineer and I never seen person who can code on all languages. It's almost impossible and have no any sense. A good idea is to know a group of languages you need to implement software you need. SQL+PHP+HTML+CSS for web sites, C++ for game development or some low level software, C# or Java for platform independent software etc.

I'm new on this you can help me understand. I really can learn a complete languaje from this app?? I mean like a real programmer who study in an university?? If is yes then if I learn a languaje from this app then I can start to coding like a real programmer working like a programmer or this app is only to learn for personal coding??
