Does someone has expirience with programming apps for android using Visual Studio and Xamarin?

I searched the web for tutorials on: "How to build .apk file using Xamarin", found nothing helpful. I wonder if someone has worked with Xamarin, or even still uses it. Thanks!

Sadly doesn't work. I won't give up though I'll get used to create .apk's and then maybe I'll be more expirienced to fix the problem.

I followed their demo project, copied all the code, but it gave me errors.

Problem is that, I followed everything from Xamarin's Hello Android project, and it didn't work. I am investigating Android Studio now. But thanks for willing to help me :)

oh me reverse i switched from android studio to xamarin

1) outputting a message on log

2) displaying text

3) changing button color on click

those should get you started

have you tried connecting to emulator or phone and pressed the run button? if not do so then tell.

for me android studio was giving crazy errors
