Don't worry about these stuff, they don't matter (in most organizations)

I am a developer with 3.5 years work experience and I don't have a bachelors degree.

Just make sure you have atleast 3 of these 4 qualities, and you're good to join anywhere.

1. Good with algorithms, data structures and problem solving.
2. Adapt with new technologies quickly.
3. Have open-source contributions.
4. Attend contests / hackathons regularly.

You need nothing else.
