with in 2018 and above, webapps should take place so do courses within this order
1.HTML
2.CSS
3.JS
4.JQuery
so you can create cross platform apps with platforms like Cordova, or if you need to go old style desktop apps,
1.C#
2.C++
or for Android
1.Java

(if you're going for 1st one, you can convert your apps to all windows, android, Mac without re-programming)
