I need some help stopping the progress bar of this code.

Question

as the question suggests I want the the other 2 progress bar stopped when I press a button
----for example-----
when the s button is pressed the s the s progress bar should work and the other 2 progress bar should stop (that is if they r running) and when any other button is for example e button is pressed the other two progress bar should be stopped and only e should be running

when one button is pressed, disable events on other buttons for say 5 sec or till that progress bar is not full
