Why JAVA has a symbol of coffee?
i had read...the first export of indonesia coffee from java to netherlands occurred in 1711. By drinking lot of coffee humans got addicted and at the same time they were benefited too..Similarly java programming is a boon and addiction at the same time..

Java has a symbol of a coffee mg sort of thing because java is one sort of a coffee. Also, who doesn't like coffee? It's meant to refer to the java coffee and also to somewhat seem to have a connection to coffee. Also, when people are coding, they tend to need to have more energy, hence the coffee symbol.
