Should I learn CSS or Javascript next? I am not sure so just want some opinions! Thanks :)

I would go with CSS, because it just makes everything look better. :)

It depends on whether u want to have ur page look nice before it is functional or not.

Generally CSS is advised so that u can enhance it visually, while contemplating what language u'd use to make it interactive with users examples being PHP, JS, or SQL
