maybe they meant if they need any basic understanding of anything else before python? you don't necessarily need to know a language before it, and if you're asking math-wise you don't really need to know extreme math, i don't think you have to be that good at it either. logic skills in general is good enough i believe.
otherwise, i cannot understand much -- i'm not a native english speaker myself, but i recommend that if you speak another language that you post what you meant so it could be easier for others to answer.
