I think your question has too many unknown variables to give you a decent answer. How long is a piece of string?
Moreover, each one of us are different. Some seemingly have brains which operate on 1's and 0's, for others it takes months if not years and some may never fully grasp it. I don't wish to put you off, but the fact that you are asking this question tells me you are nowhere near ready yet.

Android Studio may take up to 1 hour for install
then some updates ,packages and the emulator getting ready may take another hour.
follow the first time start steps and you will have your first hello world android app with 0 line of code you written -total 2 hours-.
