At least HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and a backend language like Ruby, Python, or PHP. A lot depends on if you just want to make ONE website for yourself or have a career. If just one for you, you might try WordPress, simple for one time use.

it depends what you want to do at the least HTML CSS and JavaScript. however, PHP and MySQL are required if you need it to be database driven.
