How can i learn web development ? How to start from the basics ?

I saw your profile, you started some courses, about HTML 5%, Sql 2% and PHP 10% complete... Stop jumping around the courses. You should start from Html, follow by Css and then Javascript. Once you acquire these 3 courses, you would have the knowledge of front-end web languages. If you also interested on back-end then go the study Php, follow by Mysql. During the course study, make sure you have completed one course, then only start the next course. It's advisable to go practice the coding on code playground every time you have completed a course. Give yourself some time to practise code writing and testing. Remember code practicing is always more important then merely study the courses. Until you have confident on writing that language code, then you proceed to study the next course. Hope this could give you some guide, good luck.

html > css > js > php > sql , all those languages learn on wh3schools!
