😍 Do you like SVG? 😍

My codes are really based on SVG. And like to draw 2D vector graphics with it. Am I alone with this meaning? Write in the coments! https://code.sololearn.com/WdeBfN516R4p/?ref=app

No you're not alone with SVG. There are so many excellent code has been compiled so far using SVG in SL. Go to code section, search for SVG, you'll find some awesome codes.

I've enjoyed it so far, as really the only animating scripting in HTML, until you learn something else. Trying to get an animation working on my page currently.

https://code.sololearn.com/W7Z9y7o3jV4R Disclaimer: I had done some work on it yesterday, forgot to save, so lost progress when desktop updated overnight. I started re-fixing it, but have been otherwise occupied today.

When I started to work with SVG I had problems to work with it because I didn't understand the <path>-Tag and elliptical arcs. But I don't like canvas. That's the truth. I hate to work pixel-based.

I use JavaScript. But I don't want to use a programming language to create graphics. You can lose the order. Or in Germany we say: "Lose the red path".

The better way to get the svg path is to use AI vector drawing tool like Illustrator or Inkscape to draw the path you want, copy the generated svg code into HTML. Here my samples of svg, which were drawn by using an online free tool called Method Draw (recommended by @Kevin Morelli) https://code.sololearn.com/WmQQDqSE13q4/?ref=app https://code.sololearn.com/WcQCkIU77R0G/?ref=app

@Megan You could say this is a cheating way, since I dont actually finding the path coordinates one after another for the svg objects. I would treat it as a faster way to produce vector design on webpages. Many impressive ai designs were done on Illustrator, It's complicated if you view it from path coordinates, and impossible to program it, however it's be done easily by any web designers in short time.
