What is eclipse and how to use it?

sololearn hasn't added any "getting the tools" section in the course telling how to download , set and use the IDE eclipse, or has removed the lesson, then how can you explain it in a lesson?
at first give description of downloading eclipse

Eclipse is an IDE.
You can write code there and it will be compiled.

As for how to use it, I'm pretty sure all you need to do is download it.
(You will also need jdk).

Once downloaded and opened go to File -> new -> Java project and start coding!

It's a bit like code playground. But.. better 😛
