Which programing language should a beginner learn?

best language for beginner is C language (Procedural) and after is C++ (OOP)

I think it depends on what you want to program in future ...

i started with java and c# because i learned in in education.
but if you want to code :
- web: html / css, js, php, sql
- gaming: c++
- mobile: swift (apple), java (android)
...

so there is no best language for beginners ther is just languages which are more efficient for some genres :)
