You can be. Remember that there are kids in India who, at the age of 12, made apps that are used by millions. And oh, a 16-year old made a nanosatellute, so why can't you becime a successful programmer?

You can be a successful programmer if you start now, if you started earlier, or even if you started much later in life. Your age has nothing to do with it, so long as you're capable of typing, reading, and understanding the concepts of logic. So with that being said, stay focused on studying and practicing, and you'll be a successful programmer before you realize it. By the time you're an adult, you'll have a nice head start on everything. Back in the 90s I started working with C++ when I was your age, and this was during a time when the internet didn't have all of the instant information we have now. I had to purchase actual physical books in order to learn programming languages. With the resources and technology you have available to you, there is no reason you can't learn anything that you want to learn. Best of luck to ya!

Yes you can! It's actually better to start younger since you take in a lot more information. Just do it, friend!
