No, you should learn HTML, follow by CSS, then only go to learn JavaScript.

For web development. Focus on learning HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, PHP and MySql. Follow the sequence.

I learned HTML, JavaScript, followed by CSS because I love coding so CSS sounded boring. It is okay in that order, but there where things in JS class that made more sense after starting CSS. As stated by others, JS without HTML isn't doable. Knowing styles exist to customize your HTML can let you do my order, if like me you'd rather be coding. However, Calvin's order would be easiest.
