Is HTML,CSS and PHP is enough to build a good website?

Hi Furqan...that's good , but I should recommend you to learn JS as well...because HTML is a structure , CSS is a paint and JS will enhance the beauty of the site....so keep it up ....

This could be a hot debate topic. PHP is popular on the server side. Many sites will use JavaScript (JS) on the client side to provide the "bell and whistles" (sliders, interactivity, input validation …).
Of course HTML and CSS are essential and in many cases sufficient for a good website.

Html5: Structure: CSS , Cs3, Botstrap: Presentation, JavaScript, jquery: Behaviour = Front-end(now you can say "I can build a fully featured website") oh no!
