Why HTML forms is not working in Code Playground?

Question

I'm trying to build a php based script with html forms. But the Solo Learn Code Playground displays a white blank page when i click on submit button.
Is there any solution for my problem?

I think the action attribute needs to give a php file address as value but the SoloLearn Code Playground only allows you to write it in one page. I've tried fastly to make it work but I couldn't. But I'm pretty sure it would work if it were two separated files (one .html and one .php) so you could try to make it out of the Playground.
If someone knows how to make it work here I would like to know how as much as you.
