[How to get your code corrected]

If you upload a question in Q & A, which contains a code of yours that's not working correctly and you want others to help you with it, you should do at least those steps: - put your code into your question - explain what it's supposed to do - explain what it is doing instead - be nice - do not expect that someone just corrects your code, often you can find the problem yourself, you just need some help - after it's solved, mark the correct answer as best -be nice again Additional steps can be added😊

Give reply or upvote to every answer posted by helper otherwise helper will not understand whether his answer is readed by author or not. As this is global platform I faced this problem many time due to different time zones of authors and helpers.

To add something as advice for helping people: Don't just correct the code, but give hints on what is wrong. The learning effect is way better when someone finds his mistake by himself. Interpreting errors or wrong behaviour in code is quite important to understand what's happening and prevent similar problems.

@Alex My teachers says that you should start off directly with GUIs(like Swing). So I asked him why anybody should do that, cause the students in my class mosty would not understand how it's working and he tells me that this isn't important?😑 Sometimes I really don't understand his logic...
