Yes, albeit not one too stylish for the eye, or dynamic for the mind.

yes , but it is a body without a soul

Yes . You can make the basic structure of a web page. but its not colorfull 😢.

It would look like a web page from the 1990s and you would rarely get hits, recommendations etc.

Yes but it will look ugly, should also learn CSS so it is styled pleasantly

thankyou every one😊

You should also learn css and Javascript with it.Because without these two your page seems lifeless.
+ 16
It would look dull and boring, but it would work.

Yes, but HTML is like bones for us just the structural part of conventional web sites.
+ 15
Yeah but It is a little dull without CSS 😊

Learn both CSS and JavaScript
to give your Web Page life

yes, but it won’t be as good as with CSS and JavaScript.

Yes HTML is actually basic to build a web page. Later on you design that page with CSS. And make interactive with JavaScript.

You can make a website with only HTML but it won't have such a pleasure to look at it without css and if you want interactivity with the user you need to know Javascript

Yes but a webpage is not 100% complete without adding style

You should also learn css, here you can check some tutorials https://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp

yeah but it will only help build the structure...CSS and JavaScript are there for you

yea but not that good unless you learn CSS in oder to beautify it a bit

yes you can, but you will miss all the animation you can do with java script and CSS. I wrote my web page, 'home.earthlink.net/~rrs0', many years ago in html. This was when only Jpeg's, Gif's and
animated Gif's were available. It still works, back then I used netscape as my html editor.

You can, but the website wouldn’t be colourful. Learn CSS to make it more stylish and attractive and learn JavaScript to make animations and make the website more interactive. It is recommended to also learn CSS and JavaScript, but not required.
