is there any way to make virtual IC ( integrated circuit ) through programming only?

Most of you know that , in many electronic devices IC play the huge role. Because the IC will help to interact among hardware and software with electric signels. But if your ICs will damage , you will have to replace it or in some cases you have to replace the entire circuit board . First option will be cheap and easy for everyone but second option ( replacing entire circuit board ) will not be better option for everyone! And I have to choose second one because there isn't any way to change my phone's motherboard IC and because of this phone I can't use SIM cards in my phone. Someone suggest me to use eSIM(s) but in my region it wouldn't be comfortable , and that guy had suggest me also , for asking this question in programmers community that's why I have asked it here. You can also suggest me resources to learn about it . I'll be thankfull for all everyone who will come here to know and help ( if can 🙂 ) about this problem.

It depends on what IC is broken as to whether software can replace it. You can't do a software replacement for a broken WiFi IC. No amount of software can make broken hardware start working and transmitting the signal requires hardware support.

Sure. There are lots of electronic emulators out there. 123d circuits, from autodesk, is an online one, but with no so much ICs built in.
