(How) can i open java in a html document?Can i use a scanner in java code to get(if input is right) to a other html?

Question

I want to get Userinput for an if-else statment. And If ... Is right Open ... Link Else do nothing/Close or lead Back to the HTML Site.

Imagine that ther is a link(in a HTML) 'www.123.de' after i clicked on it i get lead to a Java code where a Scanner ask me for Input. If i Input Something it Checks the Input and If it's right i get lead onto a other Website (HTML).

That's what i want to reach

HTML - Link>Java - Scanner - If right > other HTML

Bye the way is it possible to Run all things automaticly?
