I use the web version for code writing only, the mobile one for courses, upvote, discussions and more.

What do you mean 😐❓

Don't know the reasons but one could be that most users are using the mobile app.

Bilbo Baggins I forgot about the blog on the web version. Also with the web version they could've shared the same REST API, although it seems more like the platform was designed with a focus on mobile, and doing the web with a rest api is probably more complex than whatever templating language/framework they used on the web backend.

From what I've seen with the sololearn platforms: Android > iOS > Web.
The web version is very limited, I only use it for writing codes because I prefer having a physical keyboard.
The functionality of the web is only the basics. It allows viewing codes (not comments though), creating codes, upvotes/downvotes (but not viewing who upvoted), it has the official courses on it (no other lessons, only official language courses), and the q&a page is all there, except viewing who upvoted. Some of the main things it doesn't have (in my opinion) are comments on codes, challenges, more detailed profile views, and all of the user created lessons.
I'm not sure which mobile version you're on, but I am on iOS, and I find it has most things, but I think the main thing it lacks compared to android is the direct messaging feature.

I think that is because of our busiest life style(21st century connected life)

Even if they are similar, they use different protocols: REST API for the App, regular HTML/CSS/JS for the browser pages. For this reason some features available in the App (challenges) and some links are not available to the web, and vice-versa (web offers a blog section, not updated from many months). This was the subject of a previous question I put some time ago, to which I received few and discordant answers:
