can just anyone learn how can to code?

as i was walking across the street the other day, I saw a child really interested in learning how to code. as I saw this, i was thinking, how is it that coding is so accessible to everyone? I know when i first started coding it was very difficult, but in our modern day it seems that there are many new programming languages that are a lot more simpler to understand. The power of technology is amazing. So my question is how can i make my code accessible to more people?

I think coding is the new writing. One day coding may start to be taught in primary school. In some places it already is I believe. Yes github is an option to make your code more accessible. Maybe you could also get that kid you saw to install Sololearn on her/his device and show her/him your code.
