How practic the programming ?

By writing code and solving quizzes you will be strong in coding.

As you learn, make little projects of your own and play with them.

From your play, you'll be to see what happens when you add this code or when you remove this code, e.g. when designing etc.

The more you play with them like toys, the more you know how to solve problems even mentally without writing it out.

You can decide to start making one mini-project per week and this will help you a lot. This is what I do too.

What Anton Böhler is saying is that you should stop thinking about creating problems but instead solve problems that occur to you and then solve them programmatically.
This could include logical, mathematical and even design problems.

A way to actively start would be to have a look at coding challenges.
