Jquery will be replaced?

Is it true jquery is already being replaced and that it's already obsolete in nowadays web design?

What about vue js, it hasn't properly dabbled into web design as much as the 2 mentioned ones has.

So it means it's a matter of time for it to become popular, so it's worth investing your time learning about it?

I wouldn't say it's obsolete just yet. The thing is, many web developers have the opinion that despite the fact that it simplifies things, it is extremely slow(it's not fun waiting for a page to load, is it?), and its newer relatives, Angular and React, tackles the same problems JQuery tackles, but more quickly.

I would probably say Vue.js is rising in popularity, along with React.js. Angular isn't really used often, as programming surveys tend to display, but that's personal opinion.

Yes, in my opinion. I'm currently learning React, and though I can't see what the future of React is, I'm assuming that React will grow in popularity as it already is.
