Y in while loop we are using post inc or dec operators

in my humble opinion, it is because they used a while loop where they should have used a for loop. personal preference I guess.

why can't we use? although u can achieve the same result if a for loop is used, that does not stop u from using a while loop with post Inc or Dec operators.
