Do you recommend me to make a jump from HTML and HTML5 fundamentals to C# because thats what I'm doing.

Yes, it will be definitly recommended to learn an object oriented programming language. And the c# is one of best of them.

Depends on what you want to do, I guess. If you want to do web development you will need to know HTML, CSS and JavaScript but for most other problems you can choose a lot of different languages.

C# and HTML do not serve the same functions and have no similarity. So I can't tell you which of them to learn. It depends on what you are developing.
