C is the earlier version of C++.C++is the mix of c and simula67. What ever u can do in C ,u also can do the same C++ and since it is the upgraded version of C, u can perform somewhat better programming in C++ .Basically, if u are learning C++ u gotta nothing to do with the C stuff but if c then you have to learn C++ even. Some recommend to learn C before C++ but that's OK when u want to do Software Engineering.

it kinda harder to code in c++, but it limit is HUGE. C is easier to code but it worse than C++. Choose wisely.
