Why my message is not reachable to others in SoloLearn Group??? Is here any SoloLearn Bug??

Because this message contains some links and your message is not sent when you include links other than sololearn.

You can mail to SL about this. I always forget this..

Means it contains some links that's why it's not working properly..?

if you will send a message only with texts or sololearn links then it will work properly
