you can use these suggestions
HTML for structure
CSS for style
JS for dynamic pages
start the project and you will learn all the required information along the way.
when you finish the project you can deploy it on Web using XAMPP or just upload it to server manually .
to upload you will require a server and a domain name.
to load the page you would require to name your HTML page index.html

P.S. start the project, don't quit and you will never fail. learn what's required. you can't wait until you know everything since that's impossible.
also you'll learn a lot during the process which is more satisfying reward than the product itself.

1 make a drawing of your website layout on a paper.
2 translate your layout to html/css
3 fill your layout with content.
4 database stuff if nevessary php/sql
5 Apply interactivity as you like with js/ajax
