Design mockup for web developer

Im a full stack developer i turn psd ect into great websites but i cant design anything myself anywon know a good tutareal on designing great mockups/websites
Only design not the css part

1. If you want to use your web as designer and also editor.. Your web as well need to access picture/file metadata and could be rewrite the picture/file bynary format by your program in your web

2. If you want to make a display for your design try to make it with canvas and drag API with JS

3. Learn from the basic, Adobe

4. Connect your program that can be displayed on your html

I don't know much, because Adobe Photoshop is a hard program..
So it's depend on your knowledege, i just can help a bit..
