[SOLVED] "topmargin=0" in HTML

Question

Can topmargin of a page be set zero?

I'm using basic html, i.e., body attribute 'topmargin' but ain't getting desired result (unlike the case of 'leftmargin').

Sorry Ipang but I think I got the solution (myself). It was the PRE tag in my code which made it difficult for topmargin to be zero. As I removed that tag, I got my topmargin set zero.
