in which compiler does ruby language is compiled suggest me the best...
and name any software build using ruby

I struggle finding compilers for Ruby since Ruby isn't a compiled language and it is a Interpreted language its good to use MRI (Matz Ruby Interpreter) But you can download some Interpreters and an IDE, I reccomend get these two:
-Notepad++
-Ruby 2.2.X from www.ruby-lang.org
