Why there is two terms, programmers and coders?

In my Opinion, A Coder is someone who can just write code but not necessarily create a program that will be so beneficial. People who learn programming and those who just practice their programming skills are regarded as Coders.

Programmers on the other hand will be someone who works in a company , and helps them build projects that is essential to the development of the company or society in general

It's just to confuse us 😂 there's no specific reason for having two terms.. it's the same thing.
