Is Completing C++1 Enough for My Goals?
Hello everyone, I’m currently taking the C++1 course here on SoloLearn as part of my university requirements. However, my main goal is to learn Python, as it’s the programming language I’m most interested in. I’m wondering if completing just the C++1 course would be enough to familiarize myself with C++ and its structure, so I can use this understanding to learn Python or other programming languages more effectively. What do you think? Is C++1 sufficient for such a purpose, or should I go further in C++? I’d appreciate your advice and insights. Thank you in advance!

I can't know what your university requirements are. What I can say is that all the courses here are beginner level, even the intermediate ones are still beginner level. So I would recommend completing them. But if you don't really need to know C++ then move along. If you are not interested then you won't retain it anyway.

I want to use this language to better understand and learn other languages, like Python, and I’m not concerned about university requirements.
Are you saying that Sololearn courses don’t help us become professionals?
Because so far, I’ve been able to understand the syntax of C++ quite well, even though I haven’t finished the beginner course yet.
Does this mean that this site won’t help me become a Python programmer?
Do you still recommend continuing this path?

mohammadhoseinmohebian don't learn only from one platform. Use different platforms to understand different levels of languages. The c++ language is the core language which helps to understand the concepts like objects and classes which helps in the working of memory in the codes in a better manner. Which in turn helps in learning other languages quickly. One should only master one language and learn another little bit. And also focus on the latest trends. Once you finish the basics go on sites or YouTube for further enhancing the skills and mean while try on some projects for knowing what you have learnt so far or to take one which you are interested in doing. Then try to learn some framework which you are interested in working in the future. Like you said you are interested in python there are various frameworks available for different purposes so choose wisely. In conclusion I would like to say practice is the key to success as a successful programmer. You need to keep on updated.Happy coding!!
