How many hours do i need to learn html if i don't have any idea of that

It completely depends on your willing level and obviously your input take . Mainly HTML will not take much time to learn . It will take around a week or less if you are able to give it a 3–4 hours a day. CSS will take more time than html but not more than a month . But there’s a lot to learn in css as it is completely logical and different project will have own different css. So css-knowledge completely depends on how much you practice.

Its easy Language, you can be pro in.about 1month if you practice...after Html learn Css and Js(languages used in html to create a full web)

No I'm fresh as white. lol. My background is science but I'm marine engineer in profession. But as the world advance on these languages I'll learn them as sidekicks ☺
