@Surbhi I recommend Pycharm for doing Python magic.
Also, like @clement wrote, your best choice would be GUI-supportive libraries like tkinter, kivy, pygame or pyglet (or any other providing some graphics).
If you plan to create a 3D game in Python, it's totally doable and relatively easy - pyglet library allows that with OpenGL support.
