A strong advice:
reduce unnecessary interactivity, the needless animations like under construction,
the strange eye, the animating picture, the rotating home, etc.
make it a point to make the site more readable, the clickable text a little larger on mobile, make it more pleasing to the eyes, and readable, elements more centred.

its not even a malware site its a redirecting link that goes to his page

I read most of his story, and I see there's more, I bookmarked the site. Idk who you are, but maybe you can help him make money from his blog, through adsense or idk, I have never done this so I can't really help. Some people may like how he writes.
